In Tokyo Ghoul Episode 13, we see at the begy that CCG has found Aogiri Tree’s base in Rushima, Tokyo Bay. Aogiri members are fighting for their life and CCG launched an all out attack to destroy Aogiri Tree.
Meanwhile, we see Haise ( Kaneki) interrogating famous writer Takatsuki Sen’s editor Shiono about her suspicions of being a Ghoul. After interrogating Shiono, when Kaneki walking in the hall Nimura Furuta ( Kichimura Washuu) tells him that Hinami Fueguchi is going to be disposed.

Before CCG could make any move, Takatsuki Sen ( Yoshimura Eto) called a press conference and confesses that she is a ghoul. She dedicated her last book King Biliygr to all human and ghoul in hope that they can understand each other and live peacefully. Kaneki attended the press conference and met with Ayato Kirishima. Kaneki tells him about the execution of Hinami. At end of press conference, CCG arrested Takatsuki Sen.

After arresting, Nimura and Kaneki have and talk about the book of Takatsuki Sen and talk about a clan named Washu clan that she emphasize are ghoul sympatizer. But Nimura tell Kaneki thats just fiction. Then a superior of Arima Kishou tell him that they find the location of Orca and to ask him about Kamishiro Rize’s location.
Then Kaneki talk with Takatsuki Sen on the way to her cell about Washu clan. She tells him, it’s all true and give him information about a group named V. She also tells him that Washu Clan member , Kuzan Yoshimura and Rize because of whom Kaneki became a ghoul was also a member of V.
Meanwhile, Arima and his group fighting with Orca. When , Orca fights Arima he suspects Arima could be a ghoul because of his characteristics. Before long Orca lost to Arima and Fall from building to his demise.

Between all that Nimura had a talk with Takatsuki Sen. In that conversation Takatsuki Sen taunted him and record their conversation. After that she gave it to Kaneki to listen. After that Kaneki tells her that maybe sacrifice of her life maybe in vain because people will not change. But Takatsuki Sen tell him that maybe but she doesn’t need a reason to die. Her only request to Kaneki is that he kill the one-eyed king.
On other hand Ayato is planning with a group of ghoul to free Hinami from Cochlea. When they are preparing, suddenly alarm started to ring. So, they rushed towards Cochlea.

At the last moment of the episode we see Kaneki enter Hinami cell and says” Sorry, I am late. Let’s get out of here” …….
