In the previous episode of Tokyo Ghoul:re we have seen that Arima killed himself by slashing his own throat. Tokyo Ghoul:re episode 15 gets underway by an officer telling Yoshitake Washu, the current Bureau director of CCG office about Cochlea. Then he asks about Rushima’s current ghoul extermination rate. An officer replied by saying 56 percent. Then he forbid everyone from telling the men on Rushima about Cochlea.
In Rushima, Hchikawa squad consists of squad leader Hichikawa Chuu, Ayumu Hogi and Tooru Mutsuki is fighting with SS rate owl Takizawa Seidou and A+ rate Sikorae. Sikaroe tried to kill deputy squad leader Ayumu but saved by Hichikawa Chuu. He throws Ayumu from the trench to the water to save her. Bu using that opportunity, Sikorae kills Hichikawa with his kagune. When Ayumu sees that he called Hachikawa’s name in anguish.
Elsewhere in Rushima, Quinx squad heard about Hachikawa’s death. Kuki Urie and Saiko Yonebayashi is worried about Tooru Mutsuki, former member of Quinx squad. Urie doesn’t want to leave their mission, so they carry on to next place. Tooru gets his consciousness back inside a cave in Rushima and he heard a voice that made him petrified.
Hanbee Abara a member of Suzuya squad. He enters an abandoned building where he finds Miza Kusakari and her companion ghoul. He first kills her companion and started fighting with Miza. When fighting, Abara’s quinque stuck on a wall. Using that opportunity, Miza attacks him by jumping in air activating her kagune. Before she could kill him, Abara activated his quinques hidden power and kills her. When he is leaving after killing Miza, a ghoul asks him if he is from Suzuya squad.

In front of Tatara’s hideout in Rushima, Kouske Houji leading squad one with Akira Mado as his assistant to exterminate Tatara, one of the leader of Aogiri tree. Houji warned his investigator about Tatara and tell them that Tatara’s brother killed over hundred investigators. Houji tells Akira that they should continue fighting even if he is dead.
Somewhere else in Rushima, Abara is fighting with Yasuhisa Kurona, an SS rate ghoul. Kurona pins Abara’s leg down and tells him Suzuya abandoned him. Abara replies Suzuya never abandon his subordinate. That’s when, Suzuya came jumping and swing his axe quinque towards Kurona. But she ducked his attack.
Houji and his squad entered the building. When Tatara sees Houji he tell him that he doesn’t like him. Then Tatara activate his kagune which looks like a knights armor.
In the meantime, Suzuya and Kurona are fighting to death. That’s when Suzuya’s team member came as backup. Kurona seems happy by seeing Suzuya’s team member because she will able to show their suffering to Shiro ( Nashiro Yasuhisa). Shiro is now fused with Kurona’s body. She tells everyone that Shiro still lives within her and her papa will one day resurrect Shiro. But Suzuya said that’s impossible. She suddenly stabs Suzuya with her kagune and thought Suzuya is dead. But Suzuya is alright and use his new quinque to attack Kurona. In his first attack, he split Kurona is two but she healed quickly. Then she to run away very fast but Suzuya didn’t follow her to catch.

Tatara is fighting with Houji and Akira. He throws blue flame at Akira and others. Akira protected her with a shelid but others burns to ashes. Then Tatara lands a hit on Houji. But when he is going to deal a decisive blow, Takizawa suddenly enters the room by breaking the window glass. He lands on Tatara’s head. Then Tatara tried to kill Takizawa using his flame but couldn’t. Takizawa then stabs Tatara with his Kagune and Killed him. Takizawa wanted to talk to Houji. But Houji tells the investigator to prepare for exterminating SS rate ghoul.
Then Takizawa goes back on a flashback, where he is in a room and an unknown doctor ( Professor Kanou) came and told him to look at his body. The doctor told him that he turned him into a ghoul. Then we saw that how the doctor tortured him just for research. Then we see, Takizawa is trying to crash Akira’s throat. He killed all other investigator including Houji. When he is going to kill Akira, suddenly another ghoul came and save her. That ghoul turned out to be the deceased investigator Amon Koutarou.

Meanwhile,we see Kurona enter into a lab and addresses Professor Kanou as Papa. She is telling him to bring Shiro back. He tells her that he can’t bring her back because she is dead. Kurona then tells him that she will kill him. That’s when Professor Kanou release an artificial ghoul Okahira who was a former first class inspector to kill her.
In fight between Amon and Takizawa, Amon is getting beaten very badly by Takizawa. Despite getting beat, Amon trying to convince Takizawa that he is not a ghoul but a ghoul investigator. By hearing that, Takizawa get enraged and stabs Amon using his kagune. At that moment, Quinx squad arrive and save amon momentarily.

In the lab, Kurona killed professor Kanou’s first artificial ghoul using her Kaunda. Then, he releases hundred more from tube. She is fighting with them fiercely and able to kill many of them. When attacking she yells at Professor Kanou and tell him that he is a mad scientist. Then Niski Nishio came and caught Professor Kanou with his Kagune.
While the fight is progressing, we see Naki sat beside Miza. Then Miza suddenly rise from her death and asks Naki why he is here. When she stands, she sees Naki suddenly fell down with blood coming from his mouth. Believing Naki was dead, Miza started to fight Koori Ui. When Kori Ui is going to hit her with his quinque, Naki came back and defended Miza. He said Miza that he was only taking a break. After that, members of While suits arrived including Hooguro and Shousei Idera. He tells his member that he will not die an unworthy death. Naki and his group tried to kill the investigator but they keep coming one after another. That’s when Tsukiyami Shuu came………..
